The movie stars Aftab Shivdasani, Prateik Babbar and Parul Yadav. The film revolves around a young boy who is being raised by his uncle since his parents are unable to take care of him due to their busy schedule. The story begins when the uncle returns to his hometown after many years of absence. The story then explores how he helps the boy unite with his parents despite their strained lifestyles. The movie also explores the life of the boy's parents and how they deal with their personal problems. The film is an official remake of "Masoom" which was released in 1983, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Shashi Kapoor in lead roles.J.P. Dutta composed the music for the film and lyrics by Sameer.
